A lot of people aren't aware is just the really significantly increasing visibility of the trans community. And so when you start to piece all that together, yet, you really understand that actually this is not only the right thing to do, but an investible opportunity. You look at a lot of organizations in spaces that speak to on thel b t c plus community, broadly, annalgub t plus competency; many times, the trans experiences significantly diminished or are left out altogether in that conversation. So i'd say even in the last couple of years, that conversation is changed a lot.
