How to Deal With Difficult Emotions
meditation isn't about resolving the biggest problems all at once. It's about beginning to learn a skill of gradually turning towards difficult emotions in a way that helps you respond skilfully. So we're going to sit now for about ten s a little over ten minutes, and explore difficulty in this way. And then at a certain point, expanding the awareness to the whole bodynoticing all the sensations here in the body,. right out to the surface of the skin, where you may feel act of clothes or the air moving.
