Was Watching Your Parents Dealing With Money a Lesson?

Both of John's parents were public school teachers. When he was seven or eight, his dad told him not to be a teacher because he worked too hard. He wasn't telling me don't become an educator; it was more about like, figure out a way to provide more for your family. It may very well have been their relationship to money and to wealth and to their spending. And so that's, I think that kind of fostered that desire to like really go after money.
