Do You Know What the Presidential Records Act Says?

Presidential records act lays out detailed requirements for how the arcevist is to administer the records, handle privilege claims and impose restrictions on access. It doesn't address the process by which a former president's records are physically to be turned over to theArcevist or set any dead line. The law says that presidential records belong to the people; it does not specify exactly how they should be administered.
