In 2009, John Norman was in prison in California, and his sentence was almost up. But the courts decided that he was so dangerous that they were going to keep him in prison. He claimed he did no wrong in his boys' for rent operation because all of the sex these boys were having was consensual. Because his client list contained the names of influential people, the feds made sure it would never reach the public. This means that all the names on the cards and all the clients that John David Norman had engaged with will forever remain a mystery since the cards were destroyed. Even further, there was strong evidence that there were more bodies of Gacy's buried on the property of an apartment complex
