Are There Any Ways to Talk to Yourself Like a Best Friend?
Why is it easier to help some one else through a negative self talk moment and not myself? One of the really great interventions for this, which i'm sure we're getting to more um, is to talk to yourself as if you were talking to a best friend. Ah, these are things that we've been sitting with for years and years, in repeated talk from mothers, father's, caregivers, teachers, then society tells us what they think of us. And so, you know, i think hat that is just like natural human kind of tendency.
