Is There Really a Fixed Relationship Between M2 and Consumer Price Inflation?
There isn't really a fixed relationship between the increase in M2 and consumer price inflation. And especially when you look at the years from like 1980 to 2007, I'm using those because I got that right at the top of my head. So I don't, you can say, well, George, we'll look at 2020.
