Is the Partner Doing the Wrong Thing?

The one big red flag is like, is this a partner that has had a history of doing the wrong thing? Yes. You know, when something goes wrong. I will say about that, everyone's always talks about that situation. Like, how, what did the partner do in a really bad setup? And the reality is we haven't really had like too many bad situations in venture for like 10 years. So nobody has a track record of doing thewrong thing because there hadn't really been the opportunity to do the wrong thing. Cause like the market was just going crazy and now we're going to see it. Or the people who have, uh, are like really bad human beings
