The Power of Demons
Pammasam was associated with demons, that's the primary metaphor of pammasam. He pins down a demon and he finds out their heart, doesn't he? In other words, he finds out what the demon really is. The reason you can't slay them is because they're in you as much as they're anywhere else. You need Pamasamvara for demons. And golly there are demons, aren't there, in our order. When I say demons in an order, I don't mean people are demons, but demons seem to move through the order. Sometimes hugely and dangerously, and how do you work with demons? If you try and kill them
