I would say SPACs are definitely a field that benefited from that and you know they attracted some types of companies that maybe were not the best companies. The average SPAC right now takes about four to six months to close their transaction And so if you look at a deal today and then go back four to 6 months when it was announced I can guarantee you that the peers were all trading higher, but there's no mechanism for that to happen.
