The Power of Founders

It was very different to one of our normal summits. The speakers tended to be founders of companies. There weren't too many professional directors up on the stage or CEOs. You sort of got a sense of the interior lives of some of these founders. They all seem to have this really painful experience of founding a business. If they come out the other side, they end up looking like diamonds. In that world, they've made it.
