The Current System Sucks for Teachers

We've increased per pupil education expenditures in the United States by about 152 percent after adjusting for inflation. Have the scores gotten 152 percent better? Obviously not. And we talk a lot about how this is like the teachers union versus the kids union, but the current system sucks for teachers too.
