i'm trained in what's called internal family systems. And it's about your inner family, the peop all the different parts that are inside of you. There's two parts where there's the exiled parts, which is your five year old little girl who felt abandoned. Then there's the protector part that's working her ass off to make sure that she's not disrupting anybody and just making everybody feel good so that she does not get abandoned. That people pleays her part is gorgeous, and we love her, and it's why she she's so generous and she's so supportive. But she's currently in an extreme role, and that extreme way of living is getting taking a toll
