"I am really about to like kind of drop some bonds in my business and change things because when you get to certain levels like at least for me it's so important that I love my business," she says. "There are brilliant people like you like jonese like so many people we have someone coming in next round michelle rogers who is making like 300,000 helping moms with children who have autism" She also talks about her 1% women's club which has three levels: the first one being self-sustaining but then a stable foundation before they can go further. 'You don't own your success it's really hard to create more than what you already have'
