The End of Therapy

There's a very clear delineation between coaching and psychotherapy. If I had to do it all over, I would still name my child after one of my psychotherapists. And I'm out of more children just so I could name them after the shrinks that saved my life.

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
