Real Estate Strategy in a Recessionary Environment
In a procession, all prices fall. You can try to buy really distressed properties or distresse businesses for pennies on the dol. That's, to me, a lot more risky than it looks. It doesn't seem like in this recession that real estates will see much distress. The exception to where you'll see a lot of good assets and bad assets at really great prices is office buildings and retail. I believe we're going to really suffer. This is my refrain. I think we're from home.
