The Slowest Summer in Phoenix

I brought in all my own furniture. So I spent about 5,000. But that would have easily been 10,000 if I wasn't using my own Furniture. And my own things that I've been collecting over time. This has been the slowest summer that I've seen. And this property is hurting. It's these are lessons that I'm continuing to learn. The rental arbitrage can often be that's the ticket to get started with no capital. Like right now, I'm not making any money off of this property fall. Which looking ahead, not really those aren't deals I'm interested in.
