The Importance of Education and IQ

Education does not have much effect on IQ after the child enters elementary school. Highly disproportionate numbers of exceptionally able children in the next generation will come from parents who are already part of the broad elite. None of us chose the genetic makeup that we personally enjoy, but we all have a responsibility to maximize our own gifts and abilities.
