also make I just want to encourage you and other folks listening to this to understand something completely counterintuitively. Your core of who you are has very little to do with sociology and how you're raised. It is mostly genetic. Your drive to move and your drive to be a certain kind of eater is mostly genetic. Because they're like, I'm going to ask something. I know my answer. I'll ask you. When you're not exercising for a little while and you're eating super big junk, do you feel like the drive to start exercising again and eating clean comes from a realization that you have failed society, or you feel people will judge you, or you feel like I don't want to be judged for being a fat piece of crap. I've been quote unquote, oh, I should really do something about this. Or does it seem to come from deep with him of you, the real deep you actually wants to not be like this? I think

internal. 100% same. And that's the thing a lot of people in this about obesity is like some people who don't have an income to be obese. They just don't want to. They gain a few pounds and they stop doing physical activity and eat unhealthy foods. They just get to a point where like, I can't do this. Like I watch people eat like like, these are potato chips for lunch and I'm like, for lunch every day, like, I would feel awful. I've tried that before. You're off. And some people just don't and I can't even judge it for this. I think people talk about willpower and stuff and judgment. There's a place for our judgment. But sometimes you're like, yeah, like that person just continues to feel good eating Twinkies. If but for the, you know, but for the hands of fate, that could be me. And then I would be much more likely to be well, that's the
