Roy Harris and Clemie Fleming didn't talk to law enforcement until about nine months after the murders. They said they saw Curtis Flowers running west around the time of the murders, just a block or two from Tardy Furniture. Ed McChristian told me he's not sure exactly what would happen to him if he straight up refused to testify. But that whatever it would be, it wouldn't be good.
