Mark Jacobson is one of the most legendary towering figures in energy modeling. He does not have an engineering background, which may be an important part of being a good energy modeler. So his passion is modeling zero carbon systems for entire nations or even the whole world based on nothing but wind, water and solar. And he doesn't like nuclear. Why? Who can even tell?
