When you take time to reflect, it's literally like squeezing that sponge and just getting all the lessons everything tat that experience a to teach you out of it. As i get older, i'm always amazed how much i continue to learn about myself and hwinract of the world. And then i think about, what if i hadn't done that? Like, looking back on who i was, i Think people who are reflective would say, i i would never want to go back,. I've learned and gained so much in this journey.
