The Best State Tartars I've Ever Had
Nancy's in Tribeca is such an outlier for Tribeca. We do business with one guy who has the bat phone there and not that they like hook it up and he'll always put it on his company plastic. If you get there early enough or an off hour, you can just sit in the window and like drink some wine. One of the best state tartars I've ever had in my fucking life.
