The anxiety about sleeping is the thing that generally keeps you awake. When we can move our minds away from the anxiety of sleeping, thense eventually comes. It's like you've been given a magic basket ball and the coat says, look, just throw it at the backboard. And i think for a lot of people who sleep well, but want to take their sleep to even a better level, i think this might be the portal.
