Some people hate exercise. They're like, I'm just not going to do it. Some of us just aren't going to have that physique. We've seen people who are super fit that eat zero carbs and work out like crazy doing CrossFit three hours a day with their sugars through the roof. Their cholesterol is crazy. And the stress hormones are through the sky. If you chill out a little bit, you'll do better. You got to step back a little bit. Give your body once you just survive.
