Slowing Down Is the Best Way to Tell if Someone Is Maliciously Love Bombing You

When you slow down and you no longer feel robot mode, that robot mode inclination to return affection simply because it's offered to you, you're slowing down. You're giving yourself a new lens through which to look at the relationship. If their response is a 180, well that's a pretty good sign that they love bombing was upfront. It was either a malicious means to get what they wanted when they wanted it or it was upfront because they thought it was expected of them. And again, even if they continue giving you all that attention and praise while you're navigating finding your own clarity by slowing down, that's okay.
