The molecule always wants to be charge neutral. So what you're really doing when you're doping a semiconductor is kind of making it not charge neutral, but nature sort of compensates for that. It's like water only goes down the waterfall and never goes back up. You can't add acceptor groups and donor groups to molecules or stuff? Well, yeah, sorry, no, you can't. And you just can't do that.
