LZ Granderson: I was always horse crazy. LZ grew up in Pocatello, Idaho; all of her friends would get off during potato harvest from school. She saw a job posting working in the beef industry but it was in leadership development. "I bet if I go work for those cattle women, let me chase their cows from my horse," she says.
