It's I think the way they described it was like a sanely run version of Twitter Interesting way to describe it And then what they did was they basically went to all these people with really big followings and accounts on Instagram and just said hey We know you you're probably getting pitch Twitter like your PR people are Receiving all these pitches from Twitter to come and get onYou don't want to grow your audience. Once you sign up for an account You instantly follow all the same account to you on Instagram So it kind of solves this bold start
