So all these new business practices have then existed alongside rising basic costs, rising prices of housing, rent, health are, education costs, et cetera. And by the two thousand, ten surveys found that most americans either were in net debt or had very little assets and wouldn't be able to cover a 400 dollar emergency without borrowing.
