Are They Still in the Range Where the Most Customers Potentially Reorder?
You have to think differently about your marketing on somebody who hasn't bought from you in a long time, and therefore you really have to sort of re engage them. And so again, as you think about marketing there, you just think about the tools on hand and how you are going to reach each of them. So thinking about all those and then building financial metrics relative to the value of each of them is a big deal too.
