We have 11 properties that are currently under agreement to be sold and the pricing certainly has come down from where it was a year ago. Most of the office buildings that we own are single tenant long-term lease office buildings to major companies like Amazon or Kaiser Healthcare, Montefury Hospital. We recently added a person to our team who has a lot of experience in the office acquisitions area and he is going to be tasked with buying distressed class A assets but I think that's really going to happen more so in the second six months of this year rather than the first six months of last year.
