Moving From Monolith to Microservices

I'm actually about to switch from a company that had multiple services, but like a handful. Kind of centered around one fairly large rails monolith, which is mostly legacy. But interestingly, the company I'm going to be starting at is actually all Lambda based. So I've never worked anywhere that did that before.
