When you're in that state, it's almost like a meditation, exactly is. I've done some running. And i would imagine in both of those half marathons, you had times where they were very challenging,. and your brain was gong to tell you all these, like, negative things and how hard it is. So if you can like, centr yourself, work through that, get on the other side of those thoughts, and not allow em to have that power, you can get through things at life's hurdles as they come.
