Is There Evidence for Dietary Changes?
i get asked about changing something in the diet, and could that yield effects? And we really just don't have great answers for that right now. It's possible, but science is still out. Unless you have very clear alergic reaction to something, i usully tell people that if the food has a bunch o shady ingredients in it, it's a good chance, if you eat enough of it, you're going to felix. Yet, ran the way i see it, i used to have a different view when i started grad school, because i kind of got taught its evidence based or bust. Everything else you should strongly dissuade.
