Sally Kohn: I think one of the ones that is easy to say and hard to do is focus. It's what you choose to explicitly not prioritize and say no to, she says. Having the confidence to make those calls to say "We've got a need to focus on these other priorities" has helped her grow as an operator in this role so much,Kohn says. She also shares some lessons about geographic expansion with potential founders or people who might be earlier along their founding journey.
