Soil Matters, but What Matters More Than Soil?
The food desert issue is extremely real. It's obviously tied to our agricultural systems, but less directly than you might think actually. The unskilled work thing is total nonsense because like there no one moves faster than farm workers and it's totally skill based. So soil matters, yes. But what matters more than soil actually is the people who are involved in the system. And so that is how I kind of arose labor.
