Debate and Disagreement at the RBA: Interest Rates Hold Steady

The Reserve Bank board has defied the expectations of investors, many economists and even the treasurer. 

It’s not giving borrowers an interest rate cut this month, revealing a six to three split on the decision to keep rates on hold.
