The Future of Multilateral Processes and Institutions
I think we're at the point where a lot of the multilateral processes and institutions have to respond to these bottom up and more transactional or public private diplomatic efforts. So I think you hear many leaders saying in the margins of the Paris summit or in the build up for COP, for example, we really need to solve these problems otherwise these institutions will become less and less relevant. And so I thinkWe're at this point where a much of the exciting innovation is coming from outside traditional processes and institutions. But those traditional processes and Institutions are at the pointwhere they need to respond or wither in importance.
