Anquing's Mental Breakdown

I remember reading about Anquing sort of going off to New Mexico. And that seemed to be a place that absolutely suited her in so many ways. But reality kicks in and she'd have to return to England to earn some money. She returned and I remember reading about her working in a hotel in Mevagasy. And she had a dreadful time and she she had a breakdown, really. That's one of the most remarkable representations of a mental breakdown that I've ever read.
