What's a Smoothy?

Two days a weeki rush out and go to the office in midtown. Depending on how much time i have the day, i have two kind of main alternating breakfasts. But one is a smoothy, and it might be with my happy cleanse shake powder. And dinner is usually me cooking at home, and it's got a variety of things. I tend to make a good amount of carbs because i have a 17 year old boy who plays volley ball,. He's six pot five, and he's trying to gain weight and put on muscle.
