Eric Liu: In your book, you lay out two requirements that an individual must satisfy in order to acquire a natural property right. With productive use, I believe you define it something along the lines of one putting the resource to you so that they help the survival or flourishing of themselves or someone else. So my question to you is how much autonomy does an individual have in determining whether they are indeed using a resource to flourish? And when under your theory if ever could the community step in and say actually, you might believe you're using this interest to flourish but we disagree with that.?
