I think a lot of lessons would have like just glanced off me if I tried to read it when I was like 20 or something even um and so getting someone like at the the point where it's most impactful for them I guess maybe like 24 it depends on where they are at. It's probably more relevance for leaders to read than it is for people who were inspired to lead although I'm sure it's actually also very beneficial if you aspire to be a leader definitely if you aspire but also if you're in an organization and you're wondering what the opportunity is going to be like to do something meaningful or impactful.
