Data Colonialism and Data Mining

Colonialism is the process of settler taking over indigenous land and forcing me a ratio of indigenous peoples. And this move is something that inhibits indigenous sovereignty within ontological cosmological, cosmological and political systems. The way that this is extended online is through data mining extraction, which is called data colonialism. So in this way, you know, indigenous peoples have been removed from frameworks and therefore erased from present day recognition. It is important to note that historical examples of settler colonialism continue to bleed into these present spaces outside of on work online categorization.
