The Stigmata of the Heart of Philip Nary

Timothy Stanley: Saint Philip Nary was known for hearing confessions at all hours. He says in the medieval and early modern period, there was a very strong devotion to saints whose relics are in Rome. The city of Rome celebrated a jubilee every 50 years between 1550 and 1595 that would bring thousands of pilgrims into town. Stanley: In this way, he had an extended heart for everybody.
