The Super Habit and the Destroying Habits

Super habits are disproportionately impactful in a positive way. Destructive habits, on the other hand, can have negative consequences. A super habit is to write down three things that I've been positive or it's helpful to pay attention to and one thing I can do better in the next 24 hours. An example of a destructive habit could be finishing work too late which triggers an unhelpful behavior such as eating more than usual.
