Having Your Hobbies and Activities Out Inaccessible
Sewing machine is on my desk, plugged in. I have little journals with pens around in different areas to doodle or write things down. It's so much harder nowadays to go and participate in the hobbies and activities that you enjoy because it's so much easier to just disappear into your computer or phone. So keep that stuff out inaccessible. Another thing is to make the tough sion to remove things from your space that add to a bad habit.
