What Kind of Language Do You Find Useful?
I think thete's a feeling, especially for young staffam, where you know, you don't want to ever take it away from the learner. So i want to make sure that people understand it's ok to do a demonstration. It's ok to maybe stick that first, not just like you said, and show em how it's done and then let them do it. That's a lot of my new staff or new faculty that come on board,. Theyre like, whell, i didn't want to do the procedure for them. I'm like, no, it's ok. Like, show them how it'sdone so they'd do it right the first time
