And we should celebrate that instead of feel guilt or shame or embarrassment about why it's different. We all tell ourselves that we should be better at certain aspects of our work or in certain areas of our life. However, if we aren't naturally inclined to enjoy and thrive within those areas, to 'should' on ourselves is a recipe for unnecessary guilt and shame.
