Climate Policy - What You Really Need Is Prosperity

We're enacting right now a very, very low climate policy. That is much less than a dollar back in the dollar. Seems to underestimate that what you actually need if you want to fix many of the world problems is prosperity. If your prosperous, you're very much more likely to be resilient towards a lot of different impacts,. not just from climate, but also as Neil pointed out from a birthdays bat and many other impacts.
